• Phone consultation with client/family/carers to discuss case history, concerns, and therapeutic goals

• 40 - 60 min assessment session

• Additional assessment tasks may be required at a subsequent consultation, charged at the standard session rate (see below)

Joint or Small Group Therapy

• Up to 60 mins face-to-face therapy with 2-8 participants

• Group clinical summary, individual clinical notes and care team communication

• Includes tailored therapeutic activities based on assessments, and care team discussion

$375 per hour up to 8 participants

• Delivery of individual and group based structured engagement activities at the direction of the centre and care team request

Non face to face services 

• Charged pro-rata at $193.99/hour

• Includes regular review meetings with clients/families/carers, therapy resource preparation, and collaboration with the broader care team (e.g., support workers, nurses, allied health professionals, medical staff)

• Documentation including letters etc.

Written Report 

• Assessment outcomes, therapy goals, intervention recommendations, and progress reports

• Preparation of Assistive Technology Reports, Mealtime Management Plans and other required documentation

• Requested communication with healthcare providers or additional correspondence beyond regular GP/Specialist interactions

• Custom training for facility staff

• Topics include mealtime safety, communication strategies, dementia care, and more

• Onsite and online options available

• Where a Clinician is required to attend a Client's place of residency or external location, a travel fee will apply which is charged pro-rata at the relevant hourly rate

• A charge of $0.99 per km travelled is also charged as a direct rebate to the clinician

• Applied for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment without uptake of alternative service
